Yes absolutely!  With every successful closing from each purchase and sale, we donate to local schools either with our annual Top Dog Agent's scholarship program and help cover the cost of field trips, and also local charities and non-profits such as youth programs, kids sports and more.

Our recommended agents are by "invitation only" exclusively through Top Dog Agents. We employ a stringent evaluation process, consistent monitoring and reviewing all client feedback. Agents cannot join Top Dog Agents by paying a monthly subscription or pay for "leads".

You are free to work with our recommended agents only if you wish to.  We recommend agents based on your personalized preferences and if you aren't 100% excited with your Top Dog Agents match, let us know and we'll send you a new matches promptly. Plus we give the option to select up to three matches right from the start.

Our recommended Top Dog Agents are not only from the popular real estate companies you recognize; we also qualify smaller and upcoming brands.  We give a high priority to the qualifications of each individual agent rather than being swayed by the companies they work for, their company size or number of locations.
